Carbondioxide-removal-news

The Kiel Earth Institute (KEI) was a virtual institute active until 2020 to research central questions of global change and its socio-economic consequences.
The idea for the KEI arose from an intensive collaboration between GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW) within the Cluster of Excellence “The Future Ocean”. The collaboration has been and will be continued in follow-up projects such as SPP 1689 “Climate Engineering” and the research mission CDRmare.

Since 2011, the Kiel Earth Institute has operated the information platform www.climate-engineering.eu. The news stream of this website has moved. You will now find the global news on CO2 removal here under the NEWS  menu item.
