Carbon Removals at COP – a collaborative effort of volunteers operating in the carbon removal space, is organizing a media briefing titled COP28 Advance Briefing on Global Carbon Removal Deployment & How Removals Will Surface in The International Negotiations. The event will aim to cover the grounds on the state of the carbon removals market, where and how carbon removal is being deployed in the Global South, and how carbon removal will surface in the COP28 negotiations. It will also include Q&A from reporters. Registration is required.
